Welcome to the homepage of the Ashford, Kent District as we start the next century of Scouting. 2007 was an amazing year of activity and celebration but now we look forward. 2008 sees the launch of participation awards in areas as diverse as street sports and emergency aid.
Once again Kent Scouts have a close link with the fascinating animal parks at Howletts and Port Lympne. Helping these endangered species is just one way Scouting reminds us how fragile our planet is and how we need to help it! Take a look through our links page for more info.

DC Peter Doy gets Leaders together to plan our future. Leaders from all over Ashford met at Kingsnorth in January to share ideas for making adventurous Scouting available to as many young people in Ashford as we can.
